Shipping & Returns


As of now we only ship within Canada. All orders over $80 CAD receive free shipping, otherwise shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your distance from us. Orders will be fulfilled between 1 to 3 business days. Our third party shipping company (Canada Post) will then take 2-8 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays. After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be lightly used or in new condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. 

To process your return, please e-mail us at and provide your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Reason for return
  • Images of the products you are returning

We will respond to your request within 3 business days and will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
